Spirit Week Fall Fundraiser 2025
We are excited to announce our Spirit Week Fall Fundraiser (November 3 – November 8, 2025) will include a Class Basket Silent Auction on House Games Day, Friday, November 7. Auction proceeds will go towards our $25,000 goal for annual student scholarships to benefit families in need.

Please acquire needed class basket items by purchasing them yourself or acquiring in-kind donations. Sign up for the items you plan on getting through your child's grade level SignUpGenius.

Class Basket Decorating Party
Friday, October 31st, during Common Arts Friday, is our Class Basket Decorating Party. Please RSVP here.
Letter to Solicit In-Kind Donations
While you can purchase items for your class basket, we also encourage you to get in-kind donations (items, gift cards, and vouchers) from local companies by presenting the business sponsorship request letter on the back of the Spirit Week Fall Fundraiser flyer.
Businesses that provide in-kind donations get a receipt based on the fair market value of their products or services.
The Smith Prep Education Foundation (SPEF) is a 501(c)(3). All donations are tax-deductible.
Where to Bring Items
In-kind donations will be received Monday, October 13 - Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
- Lower School: bring in-kind donations to the child’s classroom
- Upper School: bring in-kind donations to the bin by the main gate/office
